Manuals for cars aren't free. You can buy them at an auto parts store. Either a Chilton or a Haynes manual should do and will cost around $20. They are great manuals for the whole car. Let me know if you need anything else.

Where can I get a fuse diagram?

Can you tell us the problem? If problem with particular circuit, maybe I can post a wiring diagram? If you need fuse box label, hopefully your owners manual has that info or the fuse box is labeled?

2003 Ford F150 need to see a fuse box schematic

This is a diagram for the fuse box located inside the vehicle. There is a power distribution box located in the engine compartment with fuses in it as well. If you need that diagram you can post a comment to this solution and I should recirve an email letting me know and I will post that as well if you need it. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you need an owners manual just email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model and year and I will be glad to email you a copy at no cost to you. Here are your diagrams:

Just go through the fuse box and look at each fuse with a flashlight and see if you can see one or more that have a break in the internal of the fuse. You don't need a diagram to do that. Or if you have a test light you can check the posts on the fuses themselves with the key on and see if you get a light on each post of each fuse.
