Check your lift pump. It is on the framerail. If that is not working check your oil pressure sensor it is behind the fuel filter. The lift pump does not get voltage if the oil pressure switch fails.

1998 chevy k3500. Has spark, Compression in all cylinders between 110 psi. and 125 psi. has fuel to test valve, checked MAF sensor, replaced fuel filter. acts like it wants to start. no go

Check the actual fuel pressure it needs at least 55 p.s.i., they are common for the fuel injector assembly underneath the upper intake plentum, to leak at the fuel pressure regulator.

My 1997 chevy tahoe will not start without starting fluid. I hear the fuel pump running and have changed the fuel pressure regulator already and the fuel filter. The pump is only a year old. Have checked...

IVE HAD PLENTY OF THESE GO OUT EVEN A MONTH LATER. AS FAR AS THE STARTING FLUID JUST TRY AND CYCLE KEY BUT KEEP IT FROM TURNING STATER OVER. TURN ON AND OFF ABOUT 3 TO 5 TIMES IT SHOULD BUILD ENOUGH PRESSURE TO START. TO START MINIMUN PRESS IS 55PSI.

Stalls when under load "driving"

Check the ignition module. My car would run fine until it came up to full temp and then run bad. I continued driving the car while trying to diagnose the problem. It got worse and then one day the car stalled as if it ran out of gas (still had plenty in the tank). I was able to coast it into a parking spot and called for a ride. Upon returning, I tried to start it, started right up and ran fine. On the way home it started acting up again (once it was up to temp). It turned out to be the ignition module.

Truck starts up fine and runs fine at idle but at 35 mph acts like it's losing fuel; will completely shut off, then partially catch. Checked and doesn't seem to be plugged fuel filter, fuel pump function...

I would replace that fuel filter, even if it "seems" to appear ok. If that doesn't fix it, you might be looking at a new fuel pump. Get someone with a fuel pressure gage to check the pressure at the fuel rail on the engine to see if it is weak. You should see at least 40 lbs.

HELP! HELP! SOMEONE PLEASE ! 2001 chevy blazer fuel problems

I would check to be on the safe side the fuel filter is going in the right direction. The arrow is pointing towards the engine away from the fuel tank, Then you need to make sure the fuel pump wiring connections are good contact and did not come loose when driving.
