You can remove the 3rd row seat by lifting up carpet. Towards the front, behind the front passsenger and drivers seat is a bolt that can be removed, seats slide out. It will take at least an hour with 2 people, front seats need to be removed and of course the 2nd row.....I've done it myself. The seat tracks for the 3rd row are bolted to floor, easy to remove with carpet out of the way, just takes time.

You can not remove the far back seat, only the middle one. But you can slide it all the way foward. I have had my van for two years and just learned how to do it today from my husband. Below the rear are two levers. A and B. Make sure the back of the seat is in the upright position and then pull on Levee A. At the same time, lift of the bottom of the seat. It will go up and fold together making a V with the back of the seat. Then pull lever B and slide seat forward.

I had this same problem with mine, what i did was take off that part of the interior to where you can get to the actual motor itself and disconnect the power to it.. i found out that for some reason the track to mine was completely eaten through when mine did what yours did.. just make sure its in the driving position all the way so it's safe to use while driving and it wont move. the only drawback to this is the seatbelt light stays on the dash..
