No pressure on slave cylinder
Bleed it again, get someone in the car. push the pedal down open the nipple. let a bit of fluid out. close the nipple, lift the pedal up, keep repeating untill only fluid comes out. make sure you don't run out of fluid.

the push rod for the clutch master cylinder has no free play,could be the master cylinder is too tight to the bulkhead and it should have a spacer in the form of a shim/gasket ,or the distance between the end of the push rod to the master cylinder is adjustable or the pedal mechanism is adjustable
