The A/C car charger and your radio run off of the same fuse, which is located when opening the passenger door, and opening the fuse compartment. There will be a fuse map locating the desired fuse, replace. Have your factory security code ready, you will need it to unlock your sterio.

How to connect an ipod cord to the radio on an 2012 victory cross country

Unless there is a female plug socket on the front of the radio, there is no way to wire an iPod cord to a car radio.
If there is a female plug socket (3.5mm round hole that usually says AUX), use a double male 3.5mm cord to connect the 2 together.

My Aux input on the radio does not work when I plug in my iPod. I've checked the fuses and replaced my miniphone plug cable, but still nothing. Any ideas? 2007 Tundra double cab 4X4 long bed 4.7 L

Fuses have nothing to do with it plug another type of player, radio, cd, etc into it. Your IPOD output may not even work.It may be shop bound (your radio).
