Question about 2000 Ford F250 Super Duty Crew Cabs
I need to know how to take apart the front brakes any suggestions?
Just changed rotors, pads and calipers and never touched the tie rod ends. two bolts and caliper comes off, slide pads off, collapse the pistons on caliper, slide new pads on, and replace caliper. be careful of the brake lines, no too much extra. while you have caliper off, inspect the rotor for cracks and wear. price to replace rotor not too bad, bout 130 dollars at national chain auto part stores

Its has to come of from the back. Is a 45 min job in at the dealer, so it is a big job. All the bolts for taking it off are in the back, plus you have to take every thing of thats in the way, tire rod end, etc.
