To get rid of a blinking light after battery disconnect just use your door latch to unlatch your door that will take care of it.....

Open the hood, look on the frame in front and to the right of the radiator, there should be a yellow label telling you how to reset the flashing lights. You will have to find a special switch under the dash, beside the security module, put the key in RUN position, push and hold the switch for 1 sec, close the door, you are done. No need to have the original remote. I have pictures of the location of the switch. Email me if you need them: email@example.com
