Question edited for three uses of the word 'booth', changed to 'boot. As it is a Mondeo, I presume you are in the UK?
Look for a button in the glove compartment that is a child lock and stops the boot being opened from inside the vehicle. The fuse box doesn't show fuses or relays for it. Sometimes there is a slide switch on the inner side of the lock.

Lead acid batteries don't like being discharged flat, and it could now be damaged and unable to hold a charge. It does sound as though the voltage regulator part of the alternator is allowing discharge to ground when it should not. You would seem to have a good warranty claim on the battery given they did check the alternator and pronounce it OK.

Check your fuses. If thats ok, you probably have a broken wire on your sending unit which is located on top of the gas tank or your sending unit is bad and will need to be replaced.
Programming When Key(s) added or replaced. System malfunction. How Obtain all keys fitted with remote control. Turn ignition switch from position 0 to position II 4 times within 6 seconds. Turn ignition switch to position 0. The system will emit an acoustic signal to indicate start of programming mode. Programming mode activated for 10 seconds proceed as follows: Press and hold lock, unlock or boot release button Fig. 1 [1], [2] or [3]. Wait for acoustic signal (indicates correct programming). Repeat above procedure within 10 seconds to program remaining keys. To exit programming mode: Turn ignition switch to position III or wait 10 seconds. Keys can also be programmed using diagnostic equipment. NOTE: A maximum of 4 keys can be programmed

CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE SHOULD BE 12.5 VOLTS IF NOT TAKE IT TO YOUR NEAREST AUTO ZONE OR ADVANCE AUTO.LET THEM TEST IT LOAD TEST IT.WHEN BATTERY IS CHARGED OR REPLACED.WITH ENGINE RUNNING ALTERNATOR OUT PUT VOLTAGE SHOULD BE 13.5 VOLTS TO 14.5 VOLTS.IF NOT HAVE ALTERNATOR CHECKED.IF ALL GOOD YOUR ALTERNATOR FUSE / FUSE LINK BLOWED OR YOUR ALTERNATOR WIRES IS DAMAGE.OR DRIVE BELT SLIPPING.REMEMBER TO TURN OFF RADIO BEFORE DISCONNECTING NEGATIVE.BATTERY CABLE.IF YOU DONT YOU WILL LOSE RADIO CODE.RADIO WILL NOT PLAY.
Check alternator for charge,somebody was boost and fray diode inside alternator,start car when car is runing remove positive cable if car stop you need new alternator
i think you have a fuel pressure problem on your fuel rail get them to do a fuel pressure check most ford dealers can not do this so find yourself reputable diesel specailist
