My Engine just died without warning

My engine just stop running while I was driving. It has a lot of fuel, has a lot of engine oil, it has light, radio is working, horn is working, but it wouldn't start. No sign from the starter motor when I attempt to start. No Clicking sound ... the battery is full charge, I even tried to boost-start from other vehicle... what could be the problem

I had this happen to me a few years ago.. It turned out that it was the starter wire. It kept blowing the 10 amp fues in the fuse box in the engine compartment. Happened while we were on vacation too. The local dealer ship ended up running a completely new wire all the way from the fuse box up to the iginition. If only they had done that at the start of the vacation when it happened rather than on the last day we were there. :(

The symptoms were that we would put a new fuse in and it would run for a while, and then the car would die, and we got absolutely nothing from the ignition. (raidio and everything else worked okay though) let me know if that works for you, because my 2001 Town and country is the absolute worst vehicle I have ever owned from a maintenance standpoint.

Why did car die while driving on Interstate and will not start back up

When the engine dies all the lights on the dash should come ! It's when the engine is still running an those lights come is when you need to worry ! You need to check for spark an fuel pressure. If no spark probably an ignition module , crankshaft position sensor or distributer module , what ever ignition system it has. If there is spark spray some carburetor clean into the engine , if it try's to start you have a fuel delivery problem , fuel pump , relay ! No Start Diagnostic Basics EricTheCarGuy

Oil pressure problem

if you have a 4jx1 3.0 engine then the engine wont run properly because engine oil pressure is what drives the direct injection system.
Check for blocked oil filters 2 pieces if not remove the oil pan and check the oil pickup tube for oil sludge blockage

JEEP CHEROKEE 2003 oil light came on the the car died then would not start again

If the car died and then the oil light came on than that is normal. If you lost oil pressure the light would come on and the engine would continue to run for a little while until it seized up. If this where the case it would have made a lot of noise and you would have felt a gradual loss off power until the engine finally stopped. I suspect the oil light came on after it stalled. If this is the case the first thing to check would be spark or fuel pressure. Crank sensors and fuel pumps are the two most common issues that would cause the engine to stall.

Check engine oil pressure light coming on and causing engine to die. After 5 minutes, no light and no engine trouble.

Yes I would say the oil pressure switch is faulty. The oil pressure gauge uses a different sensor, so if the gauge did not drop but the warning light came on, I would have the warning light switch checked. If the warning light comes on, the fuel pump will stop getting power and you will lose fuel pressure too.

While driving engine dies and oil indicator ligth is on what is the cause

The battery makes no difference.
If the oil light came on, then the engine died, the fuel pump lost power because of no oil pressure. You would need to find out if the oil pressure switch is working correctly or not.
If the engine died then the warning light came on, the switch did what it is supposed to do and the fact the engine died is caused by something else.

The Warning Light Comes on "Stop Engine Low Oil Pressure" what does this mean

car needs oil pressure or bearings will wear out in short time. Do not drive or start engine with this light on. Might only be pressure sending unit. Can replace sending unit and start briefly to see if problem resolves. If light still stays on, shut off engine and have oil pump replaced.

97 chrysler town & country dies while driving will only start when in park, runs fine but dies without warning and will restart in park???

Well first it should only restart in park or nuetral, any check engine light on? May be fuel pump if not. Listen for pump running in fuel tank. Should run at key on for a few seconds. If check engine light on, it should be scanned for codes, possible crank sensor
