Mazda B4000 when I put it in 4x4 low it makes a grinding sound

Check all the plastic cowlings and air dams to make sure they are not loose and rattling in the wind when you drive down the road. Check the exhaust system for any broken or loose hangers. Hope this helps.

u have a faulty switch u should replace and make sure u do not have naked wires.

Sounds like the clutch plate has suffered catastrophic failure - if there is an inspection point on the gear box see if there's any debris (springs, clutch plate material, etc) at the bottom of the bellhousing. A new clutch assembly should solve the problem.

U MUST REMVOVE THE WHEEL TO CHECK THE BRAKES FOR OIL CONTAMINATION FROM A POSS LEAKING AXLE SEAL.

make sure your brake adjuster is backed all the way off then gently tap all the way around the back to remove

Almost sounds like the 4WD actuator is going out in the transfer case. Its a part found at most automotive stores.

sounds like he's trying to wait till the warrenty expires.... be on record as complaining about it during the warrenty period...
the only recall i could find was on the fuel tank itself and my search was in someways imcomplete.
