Did you check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail? right behind the intake between the dist.cap there is a cap like on your valve stem on your tires take it off and take a pin and push in on it,if you have a pressure tester it should be 35 to 41 psi

Has anyone checked to see if the fuel pump was receiving any supply voltage?
Old or new pump?

I would also check to see if it is fused on a shared circuit with anything else and check that fuse.

I'd recommend investing in a manual for your car so you can do a little research before spending money on things not defective.
Haynes or Chilton will have a manual for your car.

You do not have a reset switch on a Camaro, your problem would either be a fuel pump relay or the pump itself.

I have to put gas in the carberator for my 91 camaro rs to start, but it turns on and dies

Sounds like a bad fuel pump. It needs 11-13 psi to run the injectors
