Hello, I guess that you dont have the expensive proper tools for the job and need to improvise without damaging anything?.
Probably the easiest way is to unbolt the bottom balljoint, which allows the strut with brakes attached to swing/hang freely.DO NOT pull on strut to remove axle, that will only damage the c.v joint(you can get away with it sometimes). If you have someone helping, ask them to keep a constant pull/pressure while you are doing the next step.Which is to use two large bladed screwdrivers(or similiar)on opposing sides(eg;top+bottom or left/right etc) of the big black c.v joint coming out of the gearbox. There is a 5mm groove to put the screwdriver into.Apply pressure towards gearbox and the axle will pop out,so will oil.
Hope that helps.

There is a small "circlip"holding the axle in place. Place a pry bar between the cv joint and the transmission and pry the axle out with a sharp snapping movement. This should pop the axle loose from the "circlip". The steering wheel can be turned to gain more working room. Tell those guys to lay off the heat. Hopefully no damage was done and they will be able to get the new axles in without too much trouble. Merry Christmas.

if you mean "drive axles" you need to remove ball joint from lower control arm and of course big nut on axle end, swing the strut away from car and lower control arm, take pry bar, pry axle out of tranny (it'll click out) then reverse pattern for reassembly (axle must click back into tranny,.....good luck, cracklin joe

1992 Toyota Corolla CV Joint

You can pick up an entire re manufactured axle assembly at your local auto parts store. In order to replace the assembly you will need to disconnect the tie rod end and the ball joint. Remove the spindle nut. Push the axle stub out of the hub. Now with a suitable container under the axle to catch spilled fluid pry the axle from the transmission housing. Install is the reverse of removal. For more detailed instructions and diagrams go to www.autozone.com vehicle repair guides.

Passenger side axel i cant seem to pull it out. how do i do it

use a prybar and pry in between the cv joint and the transmission with a swift jolt and it should pop out. dont pull on the axle itself because the joints will separate or get damaged nd you might not know it untill u go to drive it and have to start all over again

2001 Toyota Corolla LE 4 door rear axle noise I believe

First thing I would do is to get a chassis lube job. Many places that do oil changes will also do a chassis lube for you at the same time. The axle bearings can get dry and do require lubrication. If left to long without a lube job, pits can form inside the bearing and will require replacement.

Is there any eaiser way to remove the drivers side axle from a toyota corolla besides prying on each side? Also, I have a manual transmission and was curious where to replenish the transmission fluid?

No easier way other than paying someone else to do it,Also the fluid fill plug is located half way up the side of the transmission and the drain plug is on the bottom.

1996 toy corolla cv axle removal

the axles are retained in the diff by a spring clip it is usually not that uasy to release the axles but if you use a small tyre lever between the diff housing and the cv housing and do so gently they should come out.
