Thanks so much Wiz for giving the time to answer. Unfortunately there was no buttons HR and MN on the radio. I have pushed and held down all buttons that could resemble anything to do with the clock, but to no avail.

    Thanks again for your solution

There should be buttons somewhere on the radio with small markings HR and MN. Try holding them down if they don't do anything immediately. You may also have to turn off the radio.
try any of the up/down audio adjust buttons, with the radio turned off.

J have a buick regal grand sport, how to fix clock time .

If you look closely on the place where all the buttons are (radio, clock, etc.), there will be two small buttons, usually with M for minute and H for hour labeling them. Hold the buttons for a couple seconds, and the clock will usually change

Can I change the clock in my 99 Beetle to standard time and not military time?

Yes. I believe you have to have the engine shut off. but with the power on hold the hour button until the time changes. you can change the temperature the same way but with the car running. in standard time 0 o- clock means midnight.

Suggestions:
1. Change the 02 sensor.
2. Double check with a e-test if the cat requires changing... that will likely depend on milage.
3. Check the plugs to see if you are burning rich...
4. Go to a scrap yard for the parts.. and replace them one at a time..
Note: Reset all condition codes after each part change.
Hope it helps
