N14 select plusCummings.wont start water and fuel on all 6 cylinder blowes headgasket on first crank newly overhauled

my understanding of your problem that the head gasket keeps blowing as soon as the engine starts.
if that is the case ,the head tension on the bolts is insufficient, the liner is too low to touch the head. remove the head and clean out the stud holes with a thread tap , blow out all muck ( holes filled with water, oil and muck allow the stud to bottom out before reaching the correct tension) and ensure that the stud lengths are sorted so that a stud too long will not go in a short hole requirement
measure the liner protrusion above the block and check with the maintenance specifications for the liner height. from experience i would tip that the holes are not clean

What could be wrong when the a/c works fine then blows hot and temp gauge runs hot and see steam from engine?

Hello friend.
Steam from engine is usually blown head gasket or hairline fracture of piston liner letting water go where it should not and causing boiling of the water.. This will give similar problems.
The piston liner problem got me going once , Absolutly fine when engine idling for HOURS but when put under load and driven , the Temp FLEW up and steam came out,. Needs a workshop or good DIY Mechanic to take a the engine. Probably nothing to do with AirCon.

What is diesel engine liner intrusion

You will have to give the make and model of the engine but generally it is the amount that the liner protrudes above the block to produce an effective seal with the head. Too far out and the head will not seal properly on the head gasket and not far enough will allow the liner to move with the piston and fail. It applies to wet liners or semi-wet liners mostly

Damaged plastic liner of wheel well rubs on tire when driving over bumps

Even if you popped the dent out, the liner may not fit back on tightly. They are usually held by plastic clips or plastic pins or even plastic screws that easily get distorted, or the hole they are held with gets enlarged from tearing. You could keep the liner up with a couple of machine screws drilled into strategic places....or, you could just remove the liner-it's not a safety issue-it just helps keep mud and dirt from building up in the wheel wells and fender corners. To remove it, first take the wheel off. Then you can see how it is held on Pull it off and throw it away.
If you pop the dent out and fender looks pretty good, and the liner appears it can be re-used with just a little help, all the better.
It;s up to you.

Can I paint over the blotched oven floor after the liner melted

Unfortunately there is no simple way to fix this, The original coating is a vitreous ceramic baked on enamel which cannot be repaired easily. There are some companies who sell kits that claim to be able to patch the oven liner but are not very successful. You will either have to put up with it or you can contact your local agent for your oven a price a replacement liner which won't be cheap and is a pain to fit.

Need to replace the rear turn signal lamp, but can't find where to access it. How do I remove the light cover to replace lamp?

You'll need to remove the liner for the trunk to get to this lamp, which is mounted in a quarter-twist lamp socket which fits into the lens housing. The pieces of the trunk liner fit together one over the other... so look around for the hold-down nut on the side you need to service, then the liner pieces come out one over the other.

I have a 99 xj8 my 'cylinder liner' dissolved!

Yes, these engines use a special coating in the cylinder bores, and they are big problems. Although , if you check on the net, you will find its possible to get ordinary cylinder liners that can be fitted and bored to size.

Will it be a safety issue if Fender liner missing?

No, the fender liner is basically there to keep your engine from getting dirty. I haven't seen any other use for them.
