I saw two fuse boxes, one appears to be close to battery and interior fuse box.
As far as the interior fuse box, I'd look along lower edge of dash. Sometimes the fuse is located on the end of dash, have to open door to see it.

Based on your question of my Altima windows don't work, and you stated windows (plural ) meaning all of them, this is for sure a fuse. Sometimes it could be one motor in a door that piggy backs off the one motor to go to the other. So, first and far most, check your fuse in your fuse box. That is what controls your power to the windows. It should be marked as PW or something of that sort. Next if that is not the problem, which I am sure it is, check your window switch, make sure main wire off switch has not got wet of burnt out. Last would be one of the motors in the door has a wire loose, but lets not think of that, until you first check out fuses good. Thanks Mike

check for any loose or missing connections on or near the battery

start by checking fuses, then relays. if the main switch goes on driver's door goes out then none of them will work.... i would recommend a new switch not a used one.

bad connection at master switch, drivers side door. Remove switch and check connection.
