Question about 2003 Acura 3.2TL

1 Answer

Radio code My radio was working fine, I got out of my car and went into a store came out and it just stopped working. It was reading error. I input my code, which is correct because I had used it a few times before and it is not working. I have disconnected the battery and also took out the head unit unplugging it from the back and nothing has worked. I don't know what else to do

We purchased our 2003 3.2TL at a dealership in Kansas. We had to replace the battery once we moved back to AZ. We've called the dealership and they told us to take it to a dealership here. My husband just called me because he took it to a dealership in Tempe and they were useless. We've unhooked the battery and retried the code. The code will not work.

One thing we have not tried is "removing the head", what is that?

    What else can we do?

My battery was replaced, I HAVE THE RADIO CODE , BUT IT DOESN'T TURN ON THE RADIO, MY CLOCK STOPPED, MY CD PLAYER WON'T WORK...WHAT WENT WRONG?

You need to see the dealer for information on the radio code. Also sue O'Reilly auto for improper installation of the new battery.

My battery went flat the other day and i put in

If it is saying code 2, thats not a code to input anything. Its a error code for a hardware malfunction.

I disconnected the battery and when I went to turn on the radio a code came up. I did not know what this ment so I was just started pushing buttons. 3error came up. I then had my son disconnect the battery...

Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for 3 minutes, and try again. The error message shouldnt be on when you insert the radio code, it wont work. I sure hope that the battery inside the radio didnt die, because it wont be able to retain the code, or the station presets. You will be amazed at how much better the aftermarket radios are. If unable to bring it back to life, do not hesitate replacing it with a well known brand. Most come with inputs to play pendrives and Ipods.
