This could indicate a weak fuel pump or clogged pump strainer. I would start by replacing the fuel filter since this should be done every two years. The fuel pressure bleeds off after some time so the pump has to try to build the pressure back up on a cold start. This is the cheapest and easiest fix to try first.
have a mitsubishi pagero exceed gdi v6 3500cc it stall the engine and
responde well while cold but on load it starts to die. somebody told me to replace the fuel enjection pump, but i don´t know where to buy. will that solve my problem. please help me on
Check the fuel for a presence of water. I'm sure there was a recall notice on the gasket on top of the fuel tank where the sending unit mounts. My YJ sat for a year and had water in the tank from this leaking. Drain and drop the tank, replace the gasket, and reinstall.
The first thing i would look at is the fuel pump, make sure your getting fuel preasure, another thing is to scan the computer for any stored codes, these codes will tell you what part of the system is failing, these had alot of problems with the ignition switch, but would not make the car die out, it would just get it from starting,if this is a problem then there will be a code for the anti theft ignition system. start with fuel preasure.
