Go to a repair shop, or better check on your local library, there must be a manual there.

Cruise control stopped working

Find out how your cruise control works and then systematically check out all of the areas where you could have a problem. For example, if engine vacuum is used, you might have a leaking or disconnected vacuum line.

My cruise control doesn't work??...any

jnjkingbird, It sounds like this problem is the clock spring as I don't believe that the horn and the cruise control would share a fuse. However, they do share a circuit in the clock-spring. You can check for power at each unit (horn and the cruise control) which would confirm this. Check each fuse as well. Good luck with this.

I just bought a used 2003 Focus and the radio will not turn on nor does the cruise control turn on. All the other electrical things in the car work flawlessly. Could this be a fuse issue? I also did not...

Yes, this is most likely a fuse issue-- likely one fuse for the radio, one fuse for the cruise control.

Owner's manual can be found here (free download in PDF):

The fuse panel you are looking for will be on the driver's side under the dash.

Crusie control

the cruise control is run by the input and output speed sensors on your transmission these speed sensors tells the pcm vehicle speed and engine rpms this in turn adjust the cruise control module to adjust throtle via cable to the throttle body.

I want to install cruise control on my 2005 gmc sierra 4x4,whats involed?

Most of the time cruise controls are one of the easier accessories to install into a vehicle. Most only take approx 45 minutes to install. Some may take longer. Vehicles with manual transmissions may add another 10 minutes to the job on average. There are usually only six electrical connections and only two mechanical connections to make when installing a cruise control into a gasoline (not diesel) powered vehicle with an automatic transmission as well as mounting the control arm and servo.

I am installing an autovox ccs-100 in my 2004 Ford F150 stx truck

No it won't work. The ecm likely has all the parameters in it for cruise. Usually you just have to buy the switches and maybe a clockspring.

Cruise control not working

there are 2 possible parts here, one is a transmission speed sensor, this part tells the cruise what speed u set and keep it there, the other is the the actual actuator that holds the throttle at the right position to maintain set speed, other less common issue's make sure the brake and clutch (if manual trans only) cruise cut off switche's are ok
