Started having issues with driver side window, I have to hold the button for 5 seconds or more before it will roll window up. Then I noticved that the rear power window stopped working all together. I checked the fuse box removing the 30 amp breaker and re seating it. Any suggestions?

Most often when the car battery is removed for any purpose, most of the components are required to be re-learned again.Probably it needs to be re-learned as follows:Please sit on the rear right seat, press the window button to lower it. When it come down hold the button for not more than 3 seconds. Release the button. Then pull the button to bring the window up and hold it again for 3 seconds after it touches the upper rest, and then release it. Now check the window operation by operating it from driver side button. It is supposed to work fine. If not then check the driver side toggle switch, wire harness for looseness or discontinuity. Check for a bad splice in the driver's side door sill. The SuperCrew the splice is generally a purple wire back by the C-pillar, and looks to be wrapped in a tape that looks like hockey tape. Should have signs of water damage.
If you did not have the rear slider issue, I would have thought VSM ( Vehicle Security Module ) ground missing. The VSM is mounted behind the rear seat back ( need to remove the seat to get to it to check ).
well then, it has to be that wire that goes from the lock switch to the S337 node, right? It is supplying power to all the other switches. If you can find the connector C2095, you could troubleshoot to see if the power is getting to the pin (pin 36). That connector is probably in the door. I would guess that the S337 node is under the dash where the cable comes in the the driver's door. Can you troubleshoot from here? I know it's a pain when it's in the wiring.
Most likely the RX lost the ECU program/ configuration. Need to reset the config. It is a sequence of buttons that need to be pressed.
You have to do the exact sequence of each door as it blinks or you cannot use your windows. Here are the steps.
first the driver window button will blink. lower the window half way down then raise the window up to max and hold the button for 5 seconds. Then the front passenger window button will light up and you do the same thing for each door as it lights up. It goes driver, front passenger, rear passenger side then rear driver side then do your sunroof by hitting the tilt button hold for 5 seconds and that calibrates all the windows.
I am having the exact same issue. I replaced my master switch because you would have to hold the driver's window switch and wait for it to kick in. Worked 4.0 for about a week and suddenly no windows work. The lights on the switches work, but when you push on any switch in the truck the window doesn't move, but the lights dim and the heated mirror light illuminates. Both the sunroof and the rear sliding glass both work.
1. Sit in vehicle 2. Ignition key is on 3. Door in question is opennd (in case you closed door) 4. While door is open, press and hold power window button in desired window travel, keep button held 5. Pull to SLAM hard door closed with one hand while other hand holds button as per #4. 6. Watch window operate as it should.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 if necessary, usually the first try works!
This may be a temporary fix, works for few weeks, months, repeat again at that time.
If you recently replaced your battery, you may just need to reset the window controls from the driver's door. To do this put the passenger window down using its control, then hold the button to put the window back up and continue holding the button for an additional 5 seconds. I just did that on mine and they started working again.
