I'm not familiar with that particular car but I'll tell you what I know about rear door glass. On most cars you have to remove the door trim and handles, then strip the window rubbers / flock trim from the door/window frame. There will be various screws hold the guides and winder or motor in place. Remove the quarter light frame if it has one. The door glass guide rails and then enter the glass through the top of the door, tilting it accordingly. When you have the glass inside the door assy, get an assistant to take the weight of the glass while you reassemble the glass guides etc in the reverse order. Be patient because its a fiddly job rather than difficult.
NOTE: Window glass must be operable in order to remove door assembly carrier. Any malfunction that prevents the window (manual or power) from being lowered must be corrected before proceeding.
Remove door trim panel.
Pry out sealing plugs in door assembly carrier to gain access to window glass securing bolts.
Lower window until window glass securing bolts are accessible.
NOTE: If the power window motor is not working it can be renmoved to allow the window to be slid down.
Door glass bursting usually occurs due to heavy impact while closing the door or if the car is left in over heated environment. Some time it may occurs due to high beat of music system also.
Replacement of the window by self is not more complicated. You need to remove the door trim panel and other electrical connection from the doors.
Then clean the busted debries from the door thru' a vacuum cleaner. Purchase the right spare glass from the market. Remove the glass rail fittings from the position & fix the glass in the guide rails, then refix all the rails in position.
Put back the electrical connections & door trim in it place.
Remove the outer door panel assembly. Refer to the sub-procedure under Door Locks, earlier in this section.
For rear doors, loosen the bottom fastener of the rear door stationary window assembly, in order to provide clearance, then apply tape to the lower half of the outboard exposed portion of the stationary window channel. The tape must be applied in order to prevent damage to the paint surface.
Lower the door glass, then use SA9148B, or an equivalent tool, to remove the glass nuts. Push the glass upward and rotate slightly, then remove the glass from the vehicle.
If the regulator is also to be removed, proceed as follows:
Remove the inner door trim panel. Refer to the procedure earlier in this section.
If applicable, unplug the wiring harness from the power regulator.
Except for the rear door, remove the regulator cam bolts.
Drill out the regulator rivets and remove the regulator from the vehicle.
To install:
If removed, install the regulator to the door assembly:
Position the regulator to the door and secure using rivets.
Except for the rear door, install the cam bolts.
If applicable, connect the wiring harness to the regulator.
Install the inner door trim panel to the vehicle.
Install the door glass into the door and over the regulator studs.
Install the glass nuts using tool SA9148B, or equivalent.
Check the door glass for proper operation and alignment.
If necessary, adjust the glass alignment. For rear doors, fore/aft adjustments are made after loosening the B bolts, while in/out adjustments are made when the A bolts are loosened.
Except for the rear doors, glass which is not running parallel to the door header may be adjusted after loosening the inner panel cam attachment bolts and adjusting the cam. If the glass is floating in the opening, lower the glass 3 / 4 downward, loosen the front guide fasteners, push the glass rearward to seat it in the rear channel, then bring the front glass guide back to the front edge of the glass. Apply a light finger pressure on the guide and tighten the fasteners.
Once the glass has been properly adjusted and is operating smoothly, install the outer door panel assembly.
Go to local auto glass shop or auto supply store. Order a new mirror (not expensive). Ask also for the proper adhesive.
Put on some thick gloves (use pliers if needed) and remove the old glass. Remove old adhesive from the mirror frame. Apply adhesive to frame Put new part in place and hold for a few seconds (read adhesive instructions).
