Question about 2006 Lexus Ls 430
Probably anti-theft protection. The majority of cars need to have a security code input into the radio if they have been disconnected from a power source (ie dead battery, thief stealing from the car) This event makes the radio cease operation until the code has been re-entered. If I am not mistaken all functions you are describing operate through the NAV portion of the car.

If you mean you jumped/boost it you probably fried some fuses or circuts. check all fuses first. then let me know if its fuses or not.
