Either they did not put enough oil in when they changed it or you are having problems with your oil filter by-passing. If your oil is full and there is no problem with the filter then you have a serious problem with you bearings. When they get worn, the oil goes through them too fast to hold the oil pressure up. If you have over 80,000 miles on it, the bearings could be the problem. It is fine when the oil is cold and thick and when the engine RPM is up but when the oil is hot and the engine is idling it can't develop enough pressure. Put in a heavier weight oil and sell the car quick. It is not worth rebuilding or replacing the engine.
