Need torque specs, for 2005 ford explorer. upper and lower strut bolts and for aluminum rims. thank you

2 lower bolts/nuts from the strut to the knuckle should be about 85 ft lbs

the top center nut that holds the strut assembly to that bearing plate assembly should be 76 ft lbs (with the use of a spring compressor of course!)

wheel lug nuts should be torqued to 98-100 ft lbs

Why is my 2004 ford explorer rear wheel vibtrate

Check to make sure that the nuts are tight. if so, then the wheel may be out of balance due to a weight coming off of the rim. A tire shop can check to see if it is properly balanced and whether there is any damage to the rim or wheel.

put the spare on and see You may be lucky but I would think that the pitch dia would be different . You also have to check the clearance behind the rim centre on the hub

check to see if one of (or more) the rims is bent,go to a tire place they will check it for cheap,if there is a bent rim they might be able to bang it out,or you might have to buy a new rim! have you driven over any potholes lately? or hit a curb?

How do I fit the jack in with the spare tire on 2009 ford fusion?

the same way it came out, it should lay inside the rim with a bolt coming through the center hole of the rim
the bolt should hook to the floor of the trunk

Location of oil plug for 98 explorer sport. Is it behind passenger tire and not on bottom but side of pan ? I also see a small plug on rear of same pan.

oil drain bolt should be facing pass front tire. it's a 13mm wrench to remove it unless aftermarket bolt. it is angled like if it runs out it would land on inner portion of rim, right front tire.

Wheel bolt pattern

According to everything I can find, yes.
It's a 5x114.3 bolt pattern (or 5x4.50)
However, your offset (from where the wheels bolt on to the edge of the rim) might be a little different depending on the wheel.
