Not an easy one to repair if you are a novice. it may not actually be the "shift lock solenoid". there is a small switch on the right side of the shifter assembly, which i have found bad connection at, which fixed the shift lock solenoid malfunction. not an easy one to fix if you dont know what you are doing.

Start with the brake switch because that is what controls the part lock solenoid. The odds that both the lock solenoid and the brake switch went bad is negligible.
Hope this helps

If the solenoids are all new and the problem persists, I would look at what controls the solenoids. The Powertrain Control Module energizes the shift solenoids based on information it receives from various sensors, ie. speed sensor, throttle position sensor. Turn your attention to these items and away from what has already been repaired. The only other solution is, the transmission is bad.
