Unfortunatelly this type of trucks has very comun problems with the blend door geting broken, make sure to have the bleen door inspected for posible broken part, be carrefull some mechanics will misdiagnose saying the blend door motor is bad, ask to doble check for posible blen door problem, the blend door controls the heat and cold, going to your cab

Ac is not blowing out cold air. You have to put gages on the system and it shows its has freon.Checked all fuses and relays. The two fans in engingine compartment do not come on when the ac is turned on but does when the engine gets hot. The compressor engages when turned on also.
If the magnetic clutch engages the compressor and still no cold air could be still low in freon or the HVAC unit.

Blower motor not working all the time...if I bang the dash near the glove box, it comes on then works great. Is this the switch assembly, the resistor problem, or should I be replacing the blower motor?

My ac only blows at low speed

You didn't post what year it is but it sounds like the blower motor resistor may be faulty or bruned out . depending on year could be the switch

The a/c on my 2010 Mercury Milan quits blowing after about 2 hours of driving. Any ideas?

Sounds to me like the A/C clutch is no good and out of adjustment. You should goto your nerrest junkyard and get a used assembly take the clutch off then you learn how it comes off and install it on yours the save the pump for later use if needed. The clutch should only have a .010 air gap after install between th inner elctro magnet and the clutch plate it's self.

AC fan blows less air after extended use

Sounds to me the blower motor is on it's way out and should be replaced. Even though they sound like there working doesn't mean everything is ok with it there are different parts on it that could go wrong and they way to fix it is with another blower fan and not a bad idea to do the resistor at the same time located in the blower box with about 4 wires coming out of it with one or two screws holding it in place all is located under dash behind the glove box area.

Ac fan speed

Replace the blower motor resister, this is the speeds for the blower motor,it is located very near the blower motor, and is mounted on the blower box,and it actually goes inside the box,to keep it cool. The reason for it`s failure is the blower motor, even though the blower motor sounds, and runs good,it is drawing too many amps.If this was at all helpful, please rate, thank you.

96 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not blow out hot air

It's possible you are not getting enough coolant flow to your heater core. Try pulling the hoses off the core, blowing it out with air compressor, fill with water and blow out again. Try this about five times and see what happens. Alot of times these cores will plug up or have restricted flow. They will blow warm at low speed but it won't flow enough hot coolant through to stay hot on high blower speed.
