Question about 1988 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24
My 1988 cavalier z-24 was running fine than i put higher grade of gas ran for about week know it wont start only turns over
Visually check crank sensor(common problem)
check for fuel pressure on fuel rail there is a shrader valve for that. pull a spark plug wire and confirm spark.
make sure air box isnt plugged.
if all that is good change the control module. good luck hunting

Check to see if you can hear the fuel pump running.just cycle the key to the on position but dont turn over the motor you should hear a humming sound come from the fuel tank.if no sound check your fuses if all ok could be a bad fuel pump
or check to see if you have spark if no spak then it could be the module inside your distributor cap.it also controls the fuel pump.
