A volt meter on the fuel pump fuse is the first. if its getting power there must check the pump its self. pretty sure3 nissan still puts theres in the trunk. if it is theres 7 bolts to undo on the cover plate. then you will see the top of the pump. check those wires with the volt meter

I have a 95 nissan maxima...i have put new spark plugs, camshaft sensor, 2 crankshaft sensors, electric ignition...and checked the relay plug and fuse that goes to the fuel pump...and something is still...

the fuel pump is toast, use a volt meter or test light to check for power at pump, if receiving power then pump is faulted, if not receiving power follow wire testing at every connection until you find power. once you find power you will most likely find part at fault if not pump

What does a 1998 nissan maxima do when it needs a fuel pump it shuts off when I turn my heater or my air condition on

With a bad or worn fuel pump you would first experience lack of fuel at higher speeds.
If the engine is shutting off with the extra power demand of the air and heat then that indicates an electrical problem. Battery or alternator.

I have a 96 nissan maxima and there is no spark or the fuelpump will not kick on,but the pump is good.

check the coil the fuse for the fuel pump make sure its getting electric if not trace wiring back to the fuse box could have a broken wire. or run a jumper from the battery possitive straight to the pump itself temporary becareful gas and electric is a bad combination.

Suddenly my 1998 nissan maxima is not starting

You need to see if it has spark at the plugs. If it does then I suspect a clogged fuel filter or a problem with your fuel pump.
