WHEN MAKING A LEFT TURN: THE  REAR LIGHTS BOTH FLASH AS IF THE HARZARD LIGHTS WERE ON. BUT THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE ON. ALSO PASSENGER POWER WINDOWS SOMETIMES ONLY WORK FROM THE DRIVERS DOOD PANEL  (SOMETIME) HELP.....................  COULD THIS BE  PART OF THE SAME PROBLEM?

How about the rear windows on either the passenger or driver's side? Do they work from their respective doors?

I doubt the two are related...
