Question about 1995 Kia Sportage
Remove and clean all the cables and wires to the battery, if they are corroded use baking soda dissolved in warm water to neutralize the corrosion, then a small wire brush.. retest f that is the issue great, if no either the cables are beyond help or the starter solenoid has burnt contacts in it.
