Possibly bearing but also it could be your power steering pump check your fluid to make sure its at the proper level.

Some owners may comment on a squawk noise coming from the front suspension during large suspension travel (i.e., going through a dip). This condition is most noticeable in cold temperatures and may occur on only the first few jounces after a cold soak. CAUSE:
This condition is caused by the stabilizer shaft rotating within the stabilizer shaft insulator
Replace the stabilizer shaft insulator with the new service part that is made from a different rubber compound
If this doesn't help you will need to seek a mechanic to confirm the bearings ...
