Hello
You have left out the most basic of tests here, and that is the fault code test of the PCM (powertrain control module), the test is known as the OBD2 fault code test, it has to be done with a scanner or a OBD2 code reader, the test connector that the scanner plugs into is under the dash in front of the driver. please perform this test and let me know what fault code you receive. I also assume you have verified the fuel injectors are delivering fuel to the cylinders, this is called the "Injector Pulse", it is checked with a little flashing light that plugs into the injector connector on the intake (one connector for each fuel injector), it is called a "NOID" injector test light, about $5 at any parts store like Napa or Carquest.

This could be a tough one to figure out what is going on. I would start by spraying some starting fluid in the air filter. If the engine starts then for some reason the injectors aren't firing fuel. If the vehicle still doesn't start then there is an ignition problem. But start there and then let me know. I will then give more suggestions.

1999 honda crv shuts off while in drive.

next time it dies, cranks and wont start, do this if you have someone else with you. carry a spare spark plug, then when the problem arises pull off a plug wire put the spare plug into it and ground the end somewhere in the engine bay, then have someone bump the key and watch to see if the plug has a spark or not, that will at least tell you what problem to go searching for. if it had air, it still does when it dies so it will either be spark or fuel related. just because the pump runs, doesnt mean the ecu is telling the injectors to fire, so still could be a fuel issue. is the check engine light on?

I have a Honda crv (2007) starts first time when engine is cold but when it's hot it will crank but takes time to start. Was told it was low pressure caused by either the common rail or pressure...

Not really. If the problem was low fuel pressure it should take a long time to start cold also. Usually hard starting when the engine is warmed up is a coil or other electrical problem.
You can check fuel pressure before and after cranking with a special gauge hooked up to the port on the fuel rail.

We have a 1999 Honda CRV. The engine is on and now occassionally is blinking. We took the distributor module to Advance Auto and it was diagnosed as bad. We have changed the distributor module twice -...

Have someones with a scanner pull the codes from the PCM, this is why the engine light is on,it flashes because you have not fixed the problem. Get the codes and get back to me we'll go from there Thanks Ray PS Advance auto should have done this for free!!!!!!!!!!

Will not start. Fuel pressure is 60lbs.

JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE FUEL PRESSURE DOES,NT MEAN THE INJECTOR IS FIRING YOU COULD HAVE 100LBS PRESS. BUT IF PCM DOES NOT COMMAND INJECTOR TO FIRE IT WANT MATTER I SUGGEST HAVING NOID LIGHT INSTALLED @ INJECTOR CONNECTOR TO SEE
