These engines use an engine driven pump to assist in the power braking assist. This should be traced by looking at any lines from the resevoir to the power booster itself. There is also the possibility of the resevoir being cracked (unlikely, but possible). If it coming from undetr the car, centre, and nearest the transmission bell housing, it is likely the fitting on the rear of the engine and will need to be serviced by a professional. Let me know if you need anything else.

Engine oil leak

You will probably need to inspect the vehicle from underneath to detect the source of the engine oil leak.

So take the car into a service center and get it up on a lift/hoist so it may be properly inspected and the leak source identified.

Oil leak when car is on slight slope

Im not fully conversant with Turbos , but I would hazard a guess from memory that there is an oil feed from the engine to the turbo to lubricate it. I would think that the oil sump in the turbo has a seal at one or both ends. When the car is level, the oil doesn't reach the level of the oil seal, and therefore doesn't leak. When the car is on a slope, the oil will level itself out and probably be above the oil seal and then it leaks. Check if the leak occurs only when the car is pointing uphill or downhill. It may give you an idea as to which end seal is leaking.

Looks like you are running low on automatic transmission oil as not enough oil will go in the hydraulic pump on a flat surface but will when the car is slightly tilted

Burnt small from hundai elantra when turn off engine

Do you mean smell? If so, when was the last time you changed your oil, if it was recent then it may be just some of the excess oil from replacing the oil filter. If it is this... the smell will go away after about 40 miles of driving. If it continues look for signs of excess fluids after your car has been parked overnight. If you do see some fluids, to help pinpoint the source... place a large piece of cardboard under the engine area, overnight (making note of the exact location) where ever the fluid is located then you will have an exact placement for the leak. Some fluids look the same oil, coolant, brake, transmission fluids.

I have a 2000 cougar and its leaking oil when its parked theres a medium oil leak on floor what is it.

the best way to locate the oil leak, if you can't see where it is coming from is to park the car overnight , and put a large piece of cardboard under the engine, so where the oil leak is, it will drop onto the cardboard, then the next day, look under the car, and see where the oil is on the cardborad, the leak should be in the area of where it is on the cardboard. also, the leaks could be anything from the oil pan gasket, oil sending unit, valve covers, intake manifold gasket. or the rear main seal. hope that this information was very helpful to you.

Car was parked overnight on a slight decline, the next morning when i went out to the vechile it had somehow released the brakes and rolled down and hit another car. the handbrake was still fully applied....

the handbrake emergency brake can slacken and need readjustment over time and this is proably what happened in your case, as far as your vehicle hitting another vehicle while parked even though you were not driving it you are still responsible for the cost of damages

Slight oil leak appears to be coming from oil sensor

Replace the Sensor. You should not need to Change the Oil unless it needs it. Just tighten Finger Tight and 1/2 Turn with Wrench too assure no Leaks occur.

Oil leaking

well an oil leak can be a lot of things. Simple fix would be if you just had an oil change and the plug wasnt screwed in right. If not there may be broken seals, (hard to do but you may have even cracked teh oil pan). Maybe the oil filter needs to be checked. If you have a jack and are willing to do it yourself. Lift the car and check where its dirty with oil. follow that trail of oil to the source of the leak.
