As the engine speed increases,so does the oil pressure,(the pump goes faster.....)If,at tickover your pressure is right down, then its time for a NEW oil pump.

My suggestion would be to check it with a mechanical gauge.
You would need to use a Tee fitting to use the sensor to have fuel pressure.
If the mechanical gauge shows steady pressure at idle, it could be a problem in the wiring or the instrument cluster.

My oil gage at idle goes down..im scared to spend money on a oil pump..and it ticks on th right side.sometimes..but i noticed the oil gage stayed up..while driving came down just a little and it stopped...

Have the oil pressure checked at a garage to be sure A manual gauge is more accurate than a dash gauge, in ten minutes you will know the true oil pressure. Check with the dealer for the pressure specifications for your car. If it really is low at idle, your money will be well spent on a new oil pump. You might try an engine flush to clear any blockages in the internal oil passages. Often, an oil change with clean oil will help.

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 When Im driving for awhile the check gauges light comes on and oil gauge come down

You either have good oil pressure and a bad oil pressure sending unit, or your oil pressure really is low. Get it checked out, so you don'y destroy the engine.

My oil gauge goes down to a quarter while im in neutral and raises back to half when im in a gear

Sounds like you are losing oil pressure, make sure your oil level is right and not low. Not a lot you can do if it stays low, i have sen these enggines run for 20000 mls with low oil pressure and then again blow up after 1000. Just drive it.

Oil pressure gauge reads normal when first starts. as it warms up, gauge goes to zero. If I rev engine, gauge goes back to normal.

Two things...when it reads zero, is there any engine noise (tapping or knocking)? After you rev the engine does the pressure read normal at idle and function normally, or does it go back down? Either way, you should not drive the vehicle 'till you have a mechanical gauge (yours is electro-mechanical) put on there and the actual pressure is tested. The condition may be a bad sending unit, a bad bearing or possible obstructed oil pump screen. The repair is obviously different for each one and the price is as well.

94 jeep grand cherokee oil pressure and engine temp?

I'm guessing your engine is'nt making any tapping noise with the low oil press.
Your oil pressure sending unit is most likely the culprit.
Is your car smoking when the temp. goes up?
You engine could be air bound or thermostat could be opening too late (might need new one).
PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE RADIATOR CAP WITH A HOT ENGINE.
