Having engaging problems with the automatic transmission on my 2001 325IBMW that I just purchased. Can anyone help me or put me in touch with the proper sources? Thanks...

A used transmission still needs to be installed, which will be very expensive on top of the price of the part.

The good news is that the problem is probably the valve body, not the transmission itself. The transmission is the gear mechanism and the valve body is the electro-mechanical brain which causes the transmission to engage. It sits inside the transmission oil pan and it is very common for these to wear out after 10-12 years. You can get a rebuilt valve body on ebay. Just make sure you get the right one. I recommend you call the rebuild shop prior to making the bid. It will be 500-600$ last time I checked, but could be higher or lower. The big savings is that the replacement is easy. Maybe a two hour job, including the transmission oil and filter change you must do at the same time. The filter and oil will be about 125$ and the labor should be 250$ or less for the whole job.

The sad fact is that some shops say they "put in" a used transmission and all they really do is repair or replace the valve body. They end up charging 2000$ labor for a two hour job.

Anyway, Good luck!!

I have a 2000 Ford mustang auto v6 3.8 when I put it in gear it takes about 3 or 4 sec. Before it goes in gear and it hits hard what's wrong please help

looks like a transmission issue you probably already check the fluid and is OK just make sure your car is on level ground when checked and if the fluid is OK then maybe you want to take it to a transmission mechanic.

How to put a turbo on a 2006 hyundai sonata gls V6 3.3l

if it does not already have one, you don't put one one.
Turbos raise the compression ratio too high if the car is not built for it.
If it does already have a turbo, then it is just the oil lines, air line clamps, exhaust flanges, and a few hold down bolts. Nothing to it usually.

I need an assistance from a professional mechanic working with volkswagen company to assist me and explain what i should do to sort out the problem of my paasat v6 with automatic transimmission system

i'm not a professional mechanic and i don't know exactly what problem do your transmission has, but i can say that transmission problems in most event are caused from old oil in gear box. in meny event, if the transmission system is not already damaged, oil change can solve problems.
