Fans on radiator not spinning think may be a fuse dont know which number fuse it is that controls the fans.

- right now when a/c is on max cool it blows hot air and i used a recharge gauge to check freon pressure,and level is fine just dont know this one.

try un pluggin the fans and running 12 volts direct to fan motors if thet spin fans are good if not then u have another issue
