Check the fuses. You may have a couple blown out. There is a set of fuses under the bonnet and another set of fuses under the steering wheel.

My 2001 dodge neon, turn signals , hazards, and brake lights do not work. 3rd brake light does work though. Any ideas?

Maybe something wrong with multifunction switch? Your lower stop lamps are wired through the multifunction switch, the high mount stop lamp isn't wired that way. The lower brake lamps and turn signal, use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. Sometimes, you can click on diagram to enlarge, if not, click on your highlighted post, sometimes on that page, you can enlarge.

I have no brake lights or turn signal but i have head lights and tail lights on my 95 dodge ram

It sounds like your fuse is blown. Brake lights and turn signals have a different circuit than the headlights. Check the fuse first if that doesn't work look for shorts in the wiring. If you have a plug-in for a trailer hookup one of the wires may have come loose and grounded out.

2002 neon no dash lights or tail lights. does have headlights and turn signals. the brake lights work also. the fuses are good.

then the problem lies near the dash because dash, tail, and license plate lights work on same circuit

"fuse"

Had a similar problem. Apparently the driver had driven a little too far into a parking place and struck the front of the frame (Neon has a low frame) with the concrete parking block. A wire got pinched and eventually failed shorting that fused wire to ground. Check that. It fixed my daughters 2001 Neon and it now starts and runs. BTW, do the turn signals work. With mine, the headlights worked, the radio worked, etc but the turn signals didn't work and the car wouldn't start. My problem was found by a 'fantastic' mechanic, not me.

95 neon tail lights blowing fuses

You have a short to ground in the tail light circuit. This is most likly in the truck, from maybe loading the truck with something that might have pinched a wire. Look carefully at the wiring that might be in an area of the truck where something might have pinched the wire. If you find a problem, and it wont take much of a pinch, just enough to get through the insulation, put a bit of electrical tape around it and you are fine.

The problem could also be in the front parking lights, this is the same circuit. Look under the front fender wheels or where ever the wiring runs to see if something has cut any wires. Maybe a wire clamp has come loose in the engine compartment where these front parking light wires run. See if you can follow the wires from both the front parking and from the tail lights looking for evidence of damage

Good Luck

2001 dodge neon tail lights inop

looking at your schematics and , you say tail lights don't work , you didn't mention if front parking lights and license plate lights are working , they all come from the same source , a black /yellow wire , a good clue if front work and rear don't , please advise .if fronts work then you have a open circuit somewhere between junction S118 (near breakout for left headlamp) and rear sockets.
