Question about 2008 Ford F-350
Start checking grounding and go from there, did the truck come with the trailer light kit... Check the simple things grounding from rusty trailer hitch, wires, ball, etc.. but it does sound like a grounding issue. If you want to proceed with the fuse issue there is a MASTER fuse relay box under the hood of your truck, not in the cab of the truck... I dont think it is a fuse issue if your taillights are working.
