Question about 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix
Check the antifreeze in the radiator and expansion bottle. Suspect that the fluid level is quite low. Use a 50:50 solution to top up. Check the engine, radiator, and all coolant hoses for signs of leakage. Check the condition of the radiator pressure cap--if the seals are swollen or broken--replace it. Hope this helps!
