Question about Ford Festiva
Sounds like your fuel pump is going out. The fuel pump is what pumps the fuel from your tank to the engine. A lot of times what owners do is let their cars run with the light on until they "have" to put gas in their cars. This causes the fuel pump to get hot because their isn't enough fuel to keep the pump cool. When your car is off, the pump cools off and that's why it starts up again.
