I have a 2004 RX330 and the navigation system stopped working. The screen still works for climate control, etc... But when the car is moving, the screen is stuck on "Trip Information", no map. And, the 3 left buttons on the control - Map, Dest, Menu - no longer respond. I brought it into the dealership & they want $2.5k to replace it. Sounds fishy. Does anyone know of a fix, re-boot or recall from Lexus ?

Nav cd will not stay in the nav sys player. Cycles in/out with power to the nav module. The eject light is amber... Is that correct? What might be the problem or fix?

You need to check for recalls other then that you need to do a master reset by disconetting the battery for thirty minute.s and also take out the back up fuse witch is located in the fuse box under the hood.

I removed the battery cable from the negative terminal for 2 hours, reconnected it, which reset the memory to it's default. My sound is now working for my audio system.

Power windows of RX 330 from driver side do not work

Did you change or unhook the battery? If so, the power windows can be reset. I believe this is in the manual as well.

reset passenger window by running it down all the way. then run it up and continue to hold the switch up for ~3 seconds after the window is all the way up. that should reset it so it works from the driver's side controls.

I was able to reset the rear windows the same way (I did flip the child lock on the door as well).

I had to disconnect battery and it reset the audio system to get the cd out. Try that first. I have heard that this was a common problem with that model year

Need to turn off 2004 rx330 maintenance light; SUV has NAV too.

This is how you do it make sure the trip has the odometer showing, not the Trip A or B.
Reset the system by the following procedure:
1. Turn the ignition key to the “LOCK” position with the
odometer reading shown.
2. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position while holding down the “ODO/TRIP” button. Hold down the button for at least 5 seconds. The odometer indicates “000000” and the light goes off. If the system fails to reset, the light will continue flashing.

I have used this in every RX330 i have ever done. will not work if trip a or b is showing though
