I had exactly same problem. I could not use my GPS or charge my cell phone.
In front of the driver sit, there are actually 2 fuse boxes. You probably found the first one. A second one is located above well hidden. Once you find it, you'll find the fuse you are looking for.

if your fusebox is in the panel to the right of the ignition key, the fuse is number 29, this fuse also covers other items so it maybe that either the cables have come off the back of the lighter or it is faulty if the fuse is good. hope this helps.

Driver side right hand side of steering wheel,about knee level, pull and remove cover and it should be number 29 using a 15 amp fuse.

hi, the FUSEBOX COVER LID has the diagrams on the back. the diagram is a cigarette. also check the back of the cigarette lighter. gerry

SOURCE: where is the fuse for
in the instrument panel fuse box to the left of the steering collum. it's on the upper right edge of the fuse panel not with the other fuses it's suposed to be a 20 ( yellow) but when they blow peaple put in just about any size. 30 will work ( green )
