the power steering fluid is probly the first thing u should check if that doesnt fix it replace ur fluid pump,.the resevior should be right around ur brake booster and master cylinder,.hope u fix it and find it

remove the 2 front motor mounts and rock the motor forward by pushing the car forward while in park. make sure you flip the mounts up onto the motor they will be out of the way of smashing the radiator ... once pushed forward lock e brake to hold it there .. that should give you plenty of room to work with

It is on the passenger side, you have to remove the black plastic kick plate, below the glove box, to expose it (held in place with 2 latches and 1 push pin). The resistor is in front of the blower motor ( sandwiched between the motor housing and the firewall) it is tricky to get to, i think when i changed mine i didnt replace all the screws as they were difficult to remove and even harder to replace. there should be holes in power steering pump pulley that when positioned correctly the bole should go through one of those holes, if not then you have to remove the pump

driver side of the engine block, forward and above the transmission. This piece threads into the engine block.
