1st move is to ck the fuel PSI & emissions. Possible cooling system cause.Scan computer & check sensor readings & the emissions readings are the first moves. Check spark plugs, ignition spark etc. Good luck

Starts fine then stalls after a couple seconds.

its could be the fuel pump, if its going bad then it could be causing stall and a gas hose could be bad to and is only allowing a little gas to motor causing it to stall also

87 Nova sounds like it wants to stall when I let off the gas

Could be the catalytic converter problem, especially if you smell a rotten egg smell. If not, it is a gas problem. Gas filter, Carburetor or fuel pump. Let me know if decide to get rid of it.

It could be moisture yes, could be electrical if the wires and plugs are older they will crack and in humid or rainy weather they would be worse-or when they are cold.

From red light truck started sputtering and and stalled out

Hello. The GMC Sierra has an electric fuel pump so you should ensure that its fuses and relays are working before checking it. You may need to clean your fuel pump or replace it if your gas tank is not empty, but your vehicle has difficulty getting fuel. The GMC Sierra comes in a variety of styles and trim levels that can affect the replacement fuel pump you choose.

Sputtering and acting rough what do i do

check fuel delivery; i.e. filter(s), pump, pressure regulator. also, has teh vehicle had a tune up recently, if not get one, if so check all plug wires to insure they're firmly connected in the proper firing order. it may also be as simple as cheap gas,try adding drygas to your tank
