Question about 2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara

I here some noize from the engine, this noize came when i turn the AC on, there is no problem with A/C. Befor the noze was low and came from time 2 time, but now is high and cont.

From the information on your post it states you have a 2010 Suzuki.
My suggestion would be for warranty reasons to take your vehicle to the dealer and show them the problem. Very likely the issue is covered under your warranty.

Trouble with ac on a 2008 pet cruiser turbo. Please read carefully. Ac works fine first time it is used for the day after that not working. Checked the low pressure and charge and both are good.

Check out your thermostat - it is wired in series with low pressure switch and if is open clutch will not activate and the compressor will not run.

It is doubtful the fuse is an issue, check the refrigerant charge in the AC system, if it is low the compressor will not engage. You can jump the low pressure switch to turn on the compressor, that will verify the electrics are all ok. The switch is located in the low pressure AC line from the compressor on the engine, it is the larger of the 2 lines coming from the AC compressor.

Citroen troubleshooting

I had similar problems 2 times with the automatic heat / AC module.
I suppose your system is automatic too.

First time the commands were working erratically acting weird. Sometimes was heating at full capacity blowing heads off. At other times it was not starting at all.
The whole module had to be replaced.

Second time if the car stayed in the sun the AC was heating, after starting the engine and cooling started only after achieving greater speeds (above ~60km/h). Whenever the speed decreased the system began to heat again eventually. It turned out that the engine cooling fan was broken and had to be replaced. That fan cools both the engine radiator and the AC radiator. If it is faulty your engine might be at risk of overheating at low speeds.

I have a Grand Vitara Suzuki 2008. Aircondition stop generating cool air. what could be the reason. car has 14,000 km and since last check I have travelled 1000 km

AC dead. all the time? truly all times.
1: does the fan blow? full speed.
2: does AC work on a hot day and a cold started engine? y/n
3: did you check the freon pressure, with the cheap refill kit
that has a gauge with the kit and hose.
is the gunge reading zero?
4: you start engine, and open hood and look at the AC compressor.
is the fan belt to that compressor turning, or is the belt missing.
if turning is the AC pulley spinning, that is not just the pulley but the
compressor front part and its main shaft, are they spinning.?
if not the AC clutch is disengaged.
if disEngaged, that means the AC logic box, is not happy.
The AC logic box can shut down the AC for 4 or more reasons.
and to find that , I stop here.
the fsm shows the pins on the logic box to see with logic input is failing.
on my car, its:
1: A/C on , switch is off.
2: fan not on, or power to it dead, no fan the logic cuts the compressor so the core dont freeze up and crack.
3: engine overload
4: engine overheat.
5: freon pressure too high.
6: freon pressure too low.
7: too cold outside, so shuts down , has to be extreme cold, RTM.
at the least. all this logic functions, save fuel and save other parts
from damage. and huge costs.

that is it for today, one more unsolved.

My 91 corolla has a miss but only in gear ( auto) and when at low revs

It is probably a vacumm hose leaking. When engine is idling, listen for a hissing sound. Also check to make sure the distribitor isn't loose. If you can rotate it, then the timing needs to be set. If it has a bad timing belt, then it could have jumped time. Have this checked out befor driving it much more befor it jumps more and bends a valve. If the cam gear jumped one cog, it will run low compression and cause it to run tthat way. The timing belt is a very serios issue.

Just a thought: If your car has 2 electric fans under the hood one of them runs anytime your AC is on. Make sure one of them is running if you have 2. When your engine warms up both will come on. Check when the engine is cold to see if 1 fan comes on when you turn the AC on. Another thing which has happened to me. I had a bad AC relay after running a while it would get very hot when AC seems to quit working try feeling the AC relay if it is a lot hotter than the other relay that could be a problem. One more thought To add Freon the car has to be running and the AC on.

I need a wireing diagram for the ac on a 1991 Chev PU. Clutch does not kick on. Power at fuse- no power at the tank or at the clutch. Thanks Anne

If the AC system is too too low or too high in system pressures, A safety switch interupts the power to the compressor to protect it. Have you system ck'd befor wasting time figuring out a wiring diagram that will end up telling you to have it ck'd at a shop. Good luck
