Question about Toyota 4Runner
There is no choke on these vehicles any more. Choke for lack of a better word is regulated by the computer....it uses references from the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor and Intake Air Temp. (IAT) sensor to tell the computer how much air and fuel to mix at start up. At a cold start, the mix is more fuel....less air. Do you have a hard time starting your vehicle in the morning? If so....do you have and "engine" light on in your car?
