Engine runs a few seconds, stalls,,,code reader says po650, can anyone help

U have triped the pass lock (anti-theft) system.here is how to reset. make sure battery is fully charged. try to start the car then leave it set for 10min.with the key in the run position .turn off and now it should start and stay running.hope this helps.
