I have a 2001 buick century that will not start but the starter and solonoid seem to be ok. Is there a relay or fuse some place that we should know about?

yes, there is a crank fuse and relay in the relay box under the hood (see diagram below). If your starter is not cranking the engine, please also review my tips at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6222268-engine_doesnt_crank_turn_over . These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info.

I'm looking for the relay for the stater and evey time I start it just makes a clicking sound.

The relay is located on the starter itself. Look closely for enough battery power, especially grounding circuits.

93 buick century -turn signals

The Buick Century uses separate relays for the hazard warning and turn signal functions. The turn signal relay is located on the accelerator pedal bracket, and the 4-way flasher relay is located on the convenience center near the left kick panel. Try switching these two relays with one another to see if your turn signals work instead of your 4-ways.
