Question about 2004 Ford F150
I assume the vehicle does not start? This part is located above the spare tire in an aluminum case and is highly prone to corrosion and cracking. Moisture ,salt and just about anything else can get inside here and corrode the circuit board inside. Lower the spare down and take a look at the box it is pretty easy to remove and inspect.If you see cracks or decayed pieces of aluminum. it is probably no longer any good
