How to change the time on my 2003 ford explorer

It should be in your owners manual. Depending on which radio you have, you either turn the radio off, push the clock button, then advance the time with the seek or tune button - or - push the clock button and put the time in using the number buttons then push the clock button again to store the setting.

Clock and radio settings on my 98

the radio button is just a matter of tuning to the station and then holding the button depressed until the music comes back on.

The clock is usually holding the clock button and then using the seek button to change the hour and the other side of seek button for minutes.

I may have a manual. $7 plus $2 shipping if I do. Let me know and I will look.

Ford explorer 2003 clock is running at approx double speed

have you tried resetting it ? basically unplug the battery for about ten minutes... also make sure you have the anti-theft code to reactivate the radio when you power it back up again (if it requires a code)

Ford Explorer 2003: pioneer: factory 6 CD error

i dare say your cd player has had something move internally from the shock of the accident and thats whats causing the fault. lol either that or someone has gone and forced a 7th cd into it. i think the cheapest and easiest way to fix this would be to get a fascia kit and a new cd player beacuse ford will charge like a wounded bull for a replacement one. this is what i did after i serviced my car and got given the wrong code for the cdplayer from the ford dealership

Clock set on Plymouth Breeze digital clcok

There are two small buttons on the radio face. One is for "hours" and the other for "minutes". You'll need a ball point pen to depress the buttons for each setting.

Clock

Here you can download user manual in pdf format
From page 107 on Manual:

"Clock operation:

The clock is on in the display regardless of
what mode, media, or function the radio is in
as long as the ignition is in ACC or ON.
Clock set
To adjust the clock, press the knob
for longer than 1.5 seconds. A beep signals
entry into the clock adjustment mode and
CL appears in the display. The hours will be
blinking. Rotate the knob to adjust
the hours to the desired level.
Press the knob a second time and
the minutes will start to blink. Rotate the
knob to adjust the minutes to the
desired level.
After 10 seconds, the radio or CD display
will reappear. Once the clock is set to the
desired level, press the knob repeatedly
until the radio or CD display reappears."
