System is low on freon, system has a low psi cut off switch when the freon gets low it will not allow the compressor to turn on.

A/C unit no longer cooling. Showing pressure at 100 psi.

did you use a manifold gauge, HI and LO side, if your compresor is not engaging probably due to a low charge, because your gages must read about 15F below ambient temperature that translate to on a 80f day uyour gage must read about 95psi on hi and lo (no compresor running)with compressor runing your lo side must be around 35psi and your hi side around 200+ psi depending on amount of air cooling your conderser, also note charging amout tag to not overcharge system, on other hand your problem may be a electricall, check your fuses and MG/C cluth relay by pass it to confirm your compresor is in good working condition.

I have replaced the air compresor the upper side and lower side switch and the air compresor won't come on what could be the problem

If you don't have pressure the clutch on the compressor will not come on. Have you checked your fuses. The first fuse you can check is the fuse for the A/C compressor clutch itself. That fuse is in the interior fuse panel. It is in the number 23 position and should be a 15 amp fuse (see 1st picture/diagram of fuse layout). If you have the 3.8 liter engine there is also a pressure switch fuse. That fuse is in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment in the number 24 position and should be a 20 amp fuse. i hope this helps and good luck.

Could be problem compressor or condensador.Verificade follows with the garden hose poured water in the front where this capacitor that is attached to the normal cooling radiator if you test the problem with this is the fan clucht. If this test is not no improvement and still have a problem with the same good luck compresor. Thanks

Front & rear ac is "ok" on high RPM but on low does not cool at all,I'just change compresor. Is it any filter in those lines, maby.

Theres no filter for the rear a/c lines, the problem is the lines themselves are too long. On low speed, by the time the cool air reaches the rear vents, its already warming up again.

1992 corvette - cooling fans do not actuate at temperature.

Do the fans come on when you turn on the air conditioner. I do believe the temp switch for the fan is on the passenger side of the engine above the starter.
